Salon Policies

To provide the best possible service for you, our guests, as well as excellent working environment for our team, please read and be aware of our policies below:

Cancellations:

Please allow us at least 24 hours before your appointment for any rescheduling, changes, or cancellations. Our stylists reserve a generous portion of their day for each guest and need adequate time to allow another guest the new availability.

For Cancellations that occur within 24 hours:

First Time: No worries, we totally understand life happens! No charge.

Second Time: We’ll miss you and can’t wait to see you soon! 25% of the booked service price will be charged.

Third Time: Our stylists aren’t able to fill the time reserved for you with short notice. 50% of the booked service will be charged.

No-Showing Your Appointment:

First Time: Your stylist was looking forward to having you and misses you! 25% of the booked service will be charged. 

Second Time:  Life happens, but please remember to communicate with us. 50% of the booked service will be charged. 

Third Time: So sorry, but your stylist has had this time reserved for you. 100% of the booked service will be charged. 

Services

We always aim to give you the best possible salon experience, beginning with a thorough consultation to discuss your beauty goals. We will co-create a plan and customize your services with your lifestyle. Care, maintenance, and pricing are also considerations. 

 

Your stylist will take the time to listen to you and offer solutions for what will work best within your schedule and budget.

 

Our providers are well-trained and knowledgeable and if they feel that a certain style or service will not work well for you, they may decline to perform that service, but will offer other solutions to meet your needs and expectations. For example, we often request to do a test strand on your hair with color to determine the condition your hair will be in if we proceed with the requested color service. 


If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please let us know. It’s important to us that you love your hair and our team will go the extra mile to make it right for you. We do not, however; offer refunds on services.

Product Returns:

We want you to love your hair at home, not just in the salon. Your stylist will recommend products specifically for your hair type and goals. While we hope you love what you choose for your take home care, we understand if changes need to be made. We will accept product returns within 30 days of purchase for all sealed and unused products. For opened, tried and didn’t love products, we’re happy to offer an instore exchange within 30 days.
